Staffmark Group is now hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Crystal Lake, IL. The ideal candidate will set up and monitor CNC machinery, ensuring precision in the production of components. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and experience with manual/CNC machines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual and/or CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery.
• Inspecting work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ensuring every part meets tight tolerances.

Skills

Ability to operate manual and/or CNC machines

Proficient with precision measuring tools

Strong mechanical aptitude

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code)

Good attention to detail

Education

High school diploma or GED

Technical training preferred
