Job summary

International Paper is hiring a Converting Line Utility Associate at the Biglerville Container Facility in Biglerville, PA. The role involves supporting corrugating and converting equipment, performing setup and clean-up, and ensuring clean, safe work areas in a 24/7 plant with a weekend rotation.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience or be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, be able to read/write English, lift up to 50 lbs, and work cross-functionally with operators and helpers

Qualifications

• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Support corrugating and converting equipment through setup, operation assistance, and cleanup.
• Keep work areas orderly following safety and housekeeping standards.
• Partner with operators and helpers to meet quality and throughput goals.
• Available to work weekends in a 24/7 plant.
