Job Summary

The Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will join the Digital Operations team within Marketing. This role will own the journey and conversion path to drive quality leads and account signups, supporting the company’s revenue goals. The candidate should have a proven track record of improving conversions for web forms, online applications, chat, multi-step wizards, and other site conversions.

This role involves leveraging data, analytics, and technology to assess insights and recommend improvements to revenue marketing programs. Collaboration with various teams across the business—including email campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, website analytics, and social media—is essential. Developing key measurement strategies to ensure optimal conversions from digital channels is also part of the role.

The individual should be curious and capable of balancing lead form data collection with creating an engaging user workflow, using testing as a methodical learning process.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and test high-converting landing pages for campaigns including paid search and content.
  • Provide strategic UX, content, and design recommendations to improve lead quality and conversions.
  • Analyze and track KPIs, using performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis for website conversion and engagement metrics by channel and source.
  • Research competitors and benchmarks to improve site conversion rates and design.
  • Create dashboards and marketing reports for real-time visibility.
  • Develop measurement strategies to ensure consistent reporting and analysis.
  • Drive standardization and automation in marketing performance reporting.
  • Support testing, site migrations, content updates, from a data tracking and analytics perspective.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization for lead generation and cross-sell.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience with systematic testing to improve conversions.
  • Experience with tools like UserTesting, Optimizely, Test and Target, or similar.
  • Experience with international digital user experience or digital marketing preferred.
  • Experience in B2B or Financial Technology lead generation preferred.
  • Knowledge of single and multi-variant testing methodologies.
  • Basic web design knowledge.
  • Strong ownership, analytical skills, and data proficiency.
  • Ability to influence leadership with data-driven insights.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and user behavior analysis.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead scoring platforms like Pardot.
  • Experience with tools such as Google 360, GA4, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, Unbounce.
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating insights to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and self-motivation skills.
