Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical college background and/or two years in the public assembly industry in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and resolve problems including conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager to plan and implement quality control documents and event plans.
• Supervise and schedule operations across buildings, production, audiovisual, housekeeping, maintenance, and related services.
• Lead conversion/changeover activities between events and ensure facility readiness.
• Enforce facility rules and safety procedures; report irregularities to management.
• Communicate directives clearly to other departments and follow up on tasks.
• Oversee facility maintenance and systems; manage staffing as needed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
• Assist with interviewing and training of staff as needed.
