Job summary

The position starts at $24.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in conversion or stage production, a High School Diploma, and availability for nights, weekends, and extended hours. Perks include wellness programs, employee dining, discounts, and more.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
High School Diploma required.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events.
Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations.
Perform administrative duties related to event productions.
Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties.
