MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Conversion Lead to coordinate high-impact venue transformations between events. You will ensure transitions are precise, fast, and error-free, guiding the team through complex staging and operations.

THE JOB:

The Conversion Lead is at the center of the action-driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events while ensuring every transition is executed with precision, speed, and zero room for error.

THE STARTING RATE:

$24.00/ Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.


• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations


• Perform administrative duties related to event productions


• Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older


• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.


• High School Diploma required


• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
