Job summary

Gaia seeks a Senior individual contributor to obsess over conversion, owning the journey from first experience through becoming a paying member. You will work across product, marketing, lifecycle, data, and technology to fix conversion problems and run live experiments.

Strong interpersonal skills are valued; you will operate on campus in Louisville, CO, with US citizenship or a work visa required. Gaia subscribers are preferred. This is a hands-on role focused on rapid, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• This is a genuinely technical and commercial growth role requiring cross-functional capability across data, product, and marketing.
• Comfort with SQL, data analysis, APIs, and instrumentation is expected.
• Ability to write clear requirements and drive experiments end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion journey from Gaia's first experience to becoming a paying member.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, CRM, UX, and Technology to run experiments.
• Identify friction points, quantify impact, prototype changes, and launch tests.
