Job summary

You will design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build repeatable templates with input from Product, Analytics, and Member Experience, and continually optimize messaging based on performance data and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of short-form, consumer-facing campaign copy with stated results.
• Experience designing and reading A/B or multivariate tests with explanations.
• Hands-on AI tools experience to build repeatable production or QA workflows.
• Comfort working from data and testing hypotheses over defending a favorite line.
• Nice to have: healthcare, insurance, or regulated consumer categories experience.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESPs/CDPs.
• Nice to have: experience writing for contact-center scripts.
• Experience focusing on short-form copy for direct response or growth marketing.
• Background in direct-response or growth marketing rather than PR.

Responsibilities

• Write short-form, conversion-focused copy across multiple channels.
• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests with clear metrics.
• Build agentic workflows to scale personalized campaign copy with a human checkpoint.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, and Member Experience to create repeatable templates.
• Use performance data and feedback to prune or scale approaches.
• Monitor dashboards and channel metrics to decide what to test next.
• Maintain on-brand style, voice, and compliance checklists for AI variants.
