Job summary

Lantern is hiring a Senior Copywriter for the Member Activation team in Dallas, TX, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week). You will craft short-form, conversion-focused copy across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital ads to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form, consumer-facing campaign copy with stated results.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests and explaining outcomes.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to build repeatable production or QA workflows.
• Comfort shipping testable hypotheses and being OK with being wrong in public.

Responsibilities

• Write short-form, conversion-focused copy across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, and ads.
• Design and run structured tests with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Build and maintain scalable copy workflows with templates and human checkpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics & Member Experience to turn copy patterns into reusable templates.
• Use performance data and feedback to retire underperforming elements and scale successful ones.
• Monitor dashboards and decide what to test next.
• Maintain on-brand, audit-ready style and compliance in AI-generated variants.
