Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Conversion Crew member to support the Operations team in Saratoga, California. The role focuses on event setup, changeovers, and routine facility maintenance, along with daily operational tasks.

You will assist with setting up, breaking down, and storing items like tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors, and coordinate with supervisors and managers. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work as a team and follow instructions.

CONVERSION CREW

Aim to help a team that supports the Operations department for event setup, changeovers, facility maintenance and daily operational tasks.

SUMMARY

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department in regard to event setup, changeovers, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Physically assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including but not limited to setting up, breaking down, and properly storing items such as tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors.
• Work with Custodial Supervisor on day-to-day tasks.
• Assist Operations and Event Managers on relevant event/operation related information.
• Other operational responsibilities assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of operations equipment including pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to work as a team and understand and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail in completing tasks.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Pay Scale: $18.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
