Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a hands-on Conversion Crew member to support the Operations department with event setup, changeovers, and daily tasks at our venues. You will assist with setting up tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors, and help Operations and Event Managers with relevant information to ensure smooth events.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to work as a team and understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

A Brief Overview

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department in regard to event setup, changeovers, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

What you will do

• Work with Custodial Supervisor on day to day task for department.
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
• Physically assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including but not limited to setting up, breaking down, and properly storing items such as tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors.

Payscale: $18 - $20

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
