Job summary

ambgroup is seeking a part-time Conversions associate to support the day-to-day activities in the conversions division of Stadium Operations. The role includes manual labor, event setup and teardown, and ensuring adherence to equipment handling guidelines and quality control.

Key duties involve following instructions, maintaining organized storage areas, and communicating with the Conversion Supervisor about equipment, supplies, and repairs. The position may require unusual shifts and hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a set-up or related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Lift moderate amounts of weight in the form of tables, chairs, stanchions, staging floor panels and plywood panels as required.
• Push equipment carts, door panels and staging units as required.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in person, email, radio, and messaging.
• Assume responsibility for equipment assigned (i.e., pagers, two‑way radios, keys, tapes, etc.).
• Ensure that all storage rooms are kept clean and in an orderly manner.
• Notify Conversion Supervisor of equipment and facilities in need of repair and replacement.
• Notify Conversion Supervisor of supplies requiring replenishment.
• Interact with other departmental personnel in a cooperative manner.
• Complete daily assignments as assigned and in a cooperative manner.
• Be prepared to work unusual shifts and hours.
• Perform any other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Conversion Supervisor.
