Qualifications

• Experience in acting, directing, improv, theatre or voice performance.
• Ability to coach participants and guide conversations to feel natural.
• Awareness of timing, pacing, reactions and interpersonal dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead script pre-reads, rehearsals, and live recording sessions, helping participants understand roles and conversational flow.
• Coach participants on natural delivery, improvisation, ad-libbing, back-channeling, pauses, interruptions and conversational beats.
• Monitor dialogue timing, latency, speech overlaps, and turn-taking between user and assistant personas, guiding corrections.
• Provide clear, constructive real-time feedback to improve performances across multiple takes.
• Balance spontaneous interactions with script requirements to meet project objectives.
• Demonstrate, redirect, or adjust performances to maintain quality and realism.
• Collaborate with Scene Coordinator and Tech Ops to ensure readiness of scenes, props, participants, and equipment.
• Keep sessions moving efficiently to meet daily scene throughput targets.
