*Technical Vetting: Formally assessed engineers (e.g., Google AI/FDE Bootcamp certified or internal rigorous engineering benchmark scores above 80%).

*Telecom Architecture Expertise: Proven fluency integrating telecom APIs, user authentication (UA), and enterprise business architectures.

*Autonomous Delivery & Mentorship: Senior talent capable of driving initiatives independently within high-impact delivery teams while upskilling client co-delivery counterparts.
