Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in software development, cloud platforms, or related IT role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services, including Cloud Run, API Gateway, and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support conversational AI solutions across omnichannel platforms.
• Provide production support for conversational platforms by troubleshooting issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural artifacts.
