Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles is seeking a Convention Services Manager - Sales OEM. This role drives catering and F&B sales, builds relationships with clients and groups, and ensures events shine while meeting revenue goals.

You’ll work with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services to coordinate planning, deliver flawless event orders, and keep operations running smoothly. Overtime eligible as a manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior convention/event and catering sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive catering and food & beverage sales to hit revenue goals.
• Build relationships with clients and groups for memorable events.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services.
• Deliver flawless event orders on time and communicate changes quickly.
• Attend key meetings and support hotel operations.
• Tackle additional challenges as assigned by management.
