Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We invite you to apply for the position of Banquet Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing event set-up and planning, assisting in staff training, and acting as a liaison between the Kalahari Events Team and our guests. You will help lead staff by holding pre-function meetings that incorporate training, guidance, and adherence to Kalahari Standards. Join a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment that hosts events of all sizes and types.

Requirements include a background with at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service or the hospitality industry within a convention center or large hotel (over 500 rooms). Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson is also required. A broad understanding of the tourism industry and daily hotel/resort operations is advantageous.
