Overview

Are you passionate about live events, digital media, and creative marketing? We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story and connect communities through entertainment. If you love music, sports, nightlife, and creating memorable experiences, and possess strong digital skills, this role is for you. Join a dynamic team focused on building excitement, filling venues, and engaging audiences.

This position offers an hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00 CAD.

This position remains open until August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an engaging online presence by updating our website with current events, promotions, and news.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media channels like Instagram and Facebook, including memes, reels, countdowns, and post-event content.
  • Create visually appealing posters, graphics, and email designs.
  • Design and execute email campaigns that encourage engagement.
  • Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative marketing campaigns to promote ticket sales and event hype.
  • Support event marketing activations and capture behind-the-scenes content at events.
  • Monitor analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including managing contracts and promotional materials.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, entertainment, or media.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing skills and a good eye for design.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Clipchamp, and familiarity with Instagram and Facebook trends.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and personable.
  • Team-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Photography and video editing skills.
  • Experience with paid advertising and SEO tracking.
  • A passion for concerts, festivals, nightlife, or creative culture.
  • Experience with Eloqua marketing platform and Adobe Suite programs.
