Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Catering Convention Services Manager for Flamingo LV in Las Vegas. You will manage assigned conventions, coordinates contracts, and ensure fulfillment of guest room blocks, meeting spaces, F&B and concessions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include upselling F&B minimums, promoting vendors, and coordinating with hotel operations to execute events, aiming for high guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Two years of college with emphasis on business or communications is required; a degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications is desirable.
• Strong math and analytical skills are needed for space utilization and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships from account turnover through event execution and coordinate with banquet and hotel operations.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Upsell contracted food & beverage minimums and promote vendor services to drive ancillary revenues.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and renewals.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs, resumes, diagrams and other event documentation within deadlines.
