Haffner's is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to oversee day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and store appearance. The role focuses on learning all aspects of store management while promoting the Haffner's brand across New England regions.

Responsabilités

• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
• In the event the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all the managerial duties.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Supervises employees.
• Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
• Able to communicate company promotions to store employees
