Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort is seeking a Store Lead to assist the manager in planning, directing, organizing, and implementing daily operations of the store. You will supervise the training of all new personnel in store systems and procedures, and assist with fuel pricing updates and handling invoices and inventory maintenance.

You will be the in-charge person during the manager's absence and ensure smooth operation across departments, including fuel, food mart, and lottery ticket sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in reviewing contracts, pricing, opening/closing a store, and balancing tills at a similar size location preferred.
• Experience in stock ordering, inventory, selling techniques, displays, etc., at a similar size location, plus two years retail experience preferred.
• Must be available 24 hours a day to respond to problems and emergencies.

Join our friendly team and assist with anyone's fuel needs and help make our guests' trips a success! Our station provides Diesel, Gasoline, and Propane, as well as a complimentary air compressor for convenience. While guests are filling up, they can visit the food mart, which features a wide range of snacks and beverages, as well as basic necessities for travel – including bagged ice! Delicious hot food is available and prepared daily. Additionally, Washington Lottery tickets are available for purchase during store hours, including Power Ball, Mega Millions, Lotto, Hit 5, and scratch tickets.

SHIFT

• Saturday - Wednesday: shift is closing, but could vary.
• Thursday/Friday off, but available to cover as needed.
