AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to immediately fill the role of Convenience Store Attendant, Part-time. This position works the morning shift, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations.
2. Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods.
3. Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
4. Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products.
5. Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
6. Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
7. Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines.
8. Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling.
9. Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
10. Maintain clean vending areas.

Qualifications:

1. Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Excellent organization and time management skills.
4. Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
5. Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
