The Convenience Sales Rep will be responsible for an estimated 300 store territory to ensure flawless execution of the business KPIs. You will deliver against our Perfect Store Execution Standards with a focus on:

  • Expanding distribution
  • Executing shelving principles
  • Activating promotions and secondary displays
  • Delivering against revenue growth management principles

Time Allocation: This is an in-market, field position.

  • In-Store Selling – 70%
  • Drive Time – 30%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales objectives through perfect store principles.
  • Manage territory by recording activity and customer insights in Salesforce, and assess store routes for effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with store owners and key customers, providing high-level customer service and solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, internet access.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in grocery, retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR, and background check.

Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary: $45,000, plus a competitive bonus program and eligibility for long-term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.

No relocation support available.
