Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a hands-on start-up engineer to commission new equipment, test systems, and lead continuous improvement projects that elevate safety, quality, and throughput on the shop floor.
You will troubleshoot electrical, software, sensors, and I/O, train operators and staff, and collaborate with engineering to drive reliability and performance during day-shift manufacturing operations.

Work Schedule & Environment: Day shift with flexibility during commissioning milestones. Primary work is on the production floor—not behind a desk.
