Job summary

Job Juncture in Atlanta is seeking a Controls Technician for the day shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will build PLC panels, program them, and bring automated equipment online, collaborating with engineers and the production team to design and integrate controls for manufacturing cells.

Responsibilities include installing pneumatics and hydraulics from prints, troubleshooting PLCs, repairing machine controls, and conducting preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Desire at least 6 years of related experience.
• PLC programming experience.
• Electrical experience.
• Some robotic experience.
• Safety circuit integration.
• Authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build PLC panels and program them.
• Configure, test, operate, maintain, servicing, and troubleshoot controls and automated systems.
• Install pneumatics: air logic controls from prints/schematics.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits and PLC systems.
• Install, program, or repair programmable controllers and robot controllers.
• Repair machine controls, systems and tools; conduct routine maintenance.
• Train others to install, use, and service equipment.
