Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in the southwest suburban Atlanta area is seeking a Controls Technician for a day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday–Friday). The technician will participate in cell design, integrate controls, install and program automated equipment, and bring systems up and running.

The role requires at least 6 years of related experience, PLC programming and ladder logic troubleshooting, panel building, electrical experience, some robotics exposure, and safety circuit integration. U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of related experience.
• PLC programming experience.
• Ladder logic troubleshooting experience.
• Panel building experience.
• Electrical experience.
• Some robotic experience.
• Safety circuit integration.

Responsibilities

• Install air logic controls from prints or schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems using computer.
• Install, program, or repair programmable controllers and robot controllers.
• Build PLC panels and program them; get systems up and running.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on controls and automated systems.
• Disassemble/re-assemble equipment to replace defective parts.
• Train others to install, use, and service equipment.
• Oversee operation of equipment and analyze events to improve output.
