Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eight years of experience in Control System/BAS/BMS service and repair in data centers, heavy industrial, or pharma/biomedical environments.
• Advanced knowledge of data center infrastructure including HVAC and electrical equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting BAS/BMS systems (e.g., Automated Logic, Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom).
• Familiarity with Building Systems sequence of operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation and control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal production interruptions.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain application software and system management tools for automated equipment.
• Provide advanced expertise in servicing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems within mission-critical environments.
• Participate in the commissioning and validation of programming during construction and system upgrades.
• Perform data integration of equipment using field protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Collaborate with specialized technicians, mechanics, and subcontractors to perform facility-related maintenance and repairs.
