Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Sanford, FL is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. You will assemble, test, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems; perform preventative maintenance; troubleshoot faults; and support safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires familiarity with CMMS, basic AutoCAD, and strong communication in English. You will work across shifts, including holidays and weekends, to sustain production and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with lathes, mills, welders, and general metalworking equipment.
• Familiar with FDA/SQF/USDA/RTE regulations and GMPs.
• Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint fundamentals and basic AutoCAD skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring and fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Inspect machinery and systems; document results and actions.
• Work with vendors for parts and repairs; manage inventory levels.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety regulations.
• Operate across multiple shifts including holidays and weekends.
