Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Controls Technician to maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed production lines in Swedesboro, NJ. You will lead troubleshooting, perform root-cause analysis, and provide training to Electro-Mechanics across shifts.

This on-site role requires a strong background in industrial controls, PLCs, and electrical maintenance, with GMP and safety standards adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings.
• Experience with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Location: This position is on-site in Swedesboro, NJ. Please apply only if you live within commutable distance of Swedesboro.Location: Swedesboro, NJ 08085Pay: $45–$46/hr, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.Shifts: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) available. Weekend availability is required as production needs dictate.We're hiring Controls Technicians for a large commercial bakery in Swedesboro, NJ.
