• Program, commission, and validate building automation control systems.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution across job sites.
• Manage submittals, O & M manuals, and other required project documents.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and communicate project expectations.
• Resolve field issues promptly and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Track project costs and monthly performance projections.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and project procedures.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience installing, servicing, or maintaining HVAC control systems
• Niagara AX or N4 Certification – required
• Proficiency in BACnet controls programming – required
