Job summary

Fidelity Building Services Group seeks an experienced Controls Technician to service and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems in a commercial setting. The role requires 5+ years in HVAC and DDC, strong BAS component knowledge, and NEC compliance. A valid driver’s license is essential for on-site travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems and DDC systems.
• Knowledge of BAS control components (AI, UI, DO, DI, relays, Triacs).
• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code and mechanical sequences.

Responsibilities

• Service of existing EMS/BAS as directed by supervisor.
• Perform installation work such as sensor, relay, programming, or controller replacement/additions.
• Perform IT tasks such as router power cycling, configuration, and testing internet connectivity.
• Coordinate service calls with Service Operations Coordinator to resolve issues and verify resolutions.
• Develop programming skills to be self-sufficient when remote programming support is unavailable.

HVAC Controls Technology i s looking for aControls Technicianthat can service and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems in a commercial environment.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems
• Knowledge of basic BAS control components (AI, UI, DO, DI, Relays, Triacs, etc)
• Strong working knowledge and adherence to National Electric Code
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems sequence
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
