Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology roles within financial services.
• 5+ years as an execution-focused Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
• Proven domain expertise in Risk and Controls or Regulatory functions.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog for risk and controls platforms.
• Translate complex business needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate value through demos and post-launch metrics.
