Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking aControls Systems Programmer to support and optimize automation across the CC&V fixed plant, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, programming, and continuous improvement of Rockwell-based controls.

The position supports installation, commissioning, documentation, and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of industrial controls experience.
• Strong experience with Rockwell Automation systems (ControlLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, PanelView).
• Knowledge of industrial networks and communications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and instrumentation systems at the fixed plant.
• Develop, modify, and maintain control logic (Rockwell-based systems).
• Support crushing, ADR, pumping, and solution treatment systems.
