TSP talent is seeking a Controls Systems Engineer to design, program, and commission BAS/DDC/BMS solutions for manufacturing and commercial facilities in Houston. You will develop control sequences, integrate field devices, and optimize building performance.

Collaborating with project managers, technicians, and customers, you will ensure safety, quality, and cybersecurity requirements while delivering reliable smart-building solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in controls programming, DDC/BMS/BAS design, and commissioning practices.
• Experience integrating devices and networks for building automation systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, testing, and performance-tuning skills.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards for building systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork with technical and customer stakeholders.
