You will diagnose faults, troubleshoot PLCs and automation equipment, and collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to maximize uptime and operational performance.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PLC experience; be prepared for on-call rotations.

The Controls Support Technician provides onsite technical support for automated material handling systems in warehouse and distribution center environments. This role troubleshoots, maintains, and supports PLC-controlled automation equipment while working closely with customers, software developers, and cross‑functional teams to maximize system uptime, reliability, and operational performance.
This position is schedule for 12am - 8am weekdays with being on call every other week from 4pm - 12am
