Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Manager to assist in creating and maintaining sub-system integrated schedules in line with PMO standards. The role emphasizes managing deliverables, KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

You will leverage Pathfinder and other tools to drive program reviews, optimize resource demand, and push continuous improvements toward automation and simplification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in product development, design, or technology environments.
• Strong project/program management skills including planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional and global teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Leaders in creating and maintaining sub-system integrated schedules aligned with PMO standards.
• Lead daily management of Critical Deliverables and program-integrated schedules using tools like Pathfinder.
• Drive internal program periodic reviews and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage KPIs and the L3 Bowler to track sub-system performance.
• Own the sub-system budget and support SW/L and PO requests by functional managers.
• Oversee resource demand planning to align with program needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, focusing on automation and simplification.
