Job summary

Cosha Staffing & Consulting is seeking a Controls Software Designer for a direct hire in Sterling Heights, MI. You will design and commission industrial controls systems, develop PLC and HMI software, install code, and perform on-site debugging and commissioning to ensure full system operation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel domestically and internationally, and work with Siemens, Rockwell, and related platforms (840D, TIA Portal, Sinumerik One) in automotive

Qualifications

• XXXX+ years of Controls Engineering/PLC/HMI programming experience.
• Ability to program/write ladder logic from scratch.
• Prior automotive manufacturing integration and commissioning experience.
• Experience programming to customer-defined standards and templates.
• Proficient with fieldbus networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, ProfiNet) a plus.

Responsibilities

Skills/Experience Required
