  • Complete service calls and preventative maintenance on existing controls systems efficiently.
  • Consult with customers about problems discovered during servicing boilers and document services performed.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

Controls Service Technician: This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a Controls Service Technician to work directly with the Controls Service Manager. You will learn the responsibilities of Service Controls Technicians, meet performance standards, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, beliefs, and values. In return, achieving goals offers growth opportunities, increased responsibilities, and greater autonomy.

Top deliverables in the first year:

  • Complete service calls and preventative maintenance on existing controls systems efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of HVAC design, production, refrigeration, controls, and service.
  • Consult with customers about problems discovered during servicing boilers and document services performed.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

This role reports to Area Operations Managers and collaborates across projects and initiatives, interacting with all organizational levels.

Benefits

This position is open to both union and non-union candidates. Pay ranges from $25 to $70 per hour, based on experience and union status. Benefits vary accordingly.
