This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts, working with internal and external partners for new facility setups and retrofits. Where is the work:

This position is remote within Louisville, KY.

What you will do:

• Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
• Serve as the direct customer contact, responsible for products and equipment, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing systems on-site.
• Use advanced software, tools, blueprints, and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets securely.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification.

Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure:

• Ability to operate vehicles safely and wear safety equipment.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.

Compensation: $35-45+ per hour.

This role is designated as Safety Sensitive.
