Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in electrical, electronic, or automation engineering.
• Experience managing projects from design through production with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client management skills, including negotiating with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, goals, and milestones.
• Build and manage project plans with engineering, installation, and other teams.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to meet deliverables.
• Manage changes and risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Track progress and use data to improve processes and reduce costs.
