The role involves developing and maintaining critical path schedules, collecting progress data, and monitoring metrics across projects. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are required, with familiarity in Primavera or MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling.
• Organized, detail oriented and proactive.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Ability to complete background investigation and pre-employment screening per federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, maintaining, and analyze integrated critical path schedules per project specifications.
• Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with monitoring project metrics including schedule dates, percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals.
• Assist with documenting planning objectives, scope, and milestones for scheduling processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements.

• Assistwithdevelopment,maintaining, andanalyzeintegrated critical path schedulesin accordance withproject specifications
• Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders
• Assistwithmonitoringproject metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals
• Assistwith documenting planningobjectives, scope, and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business,Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experiencewith scheduling

• Familiarity with any scheduling tool such as Primavera or MS Project
• Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation and pre-employment screening consistent with federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with DoD or DOE contracts
• Familiarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment

Work Authorization:

U.S. Citizenshiprequired due to federal contract requirements.

Working Conditions:

This position is primarily performed in an office environmentora home office setting. Employees willbe requiredto use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.Employees must be available to work duringAlaska DaylightTime Zone business hours.
