Job summary

RWS One is a full-service system integrator for the food and beverage industry, seeking an experienced Controls Project Manager to manage major client projects nationwide. You will oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and stakeholder communications under VP/President supervision, with significant travel to installation sites.

Required BS in CS or Engineering and experience with PLCs, AutoCAD P&ID, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Travel to installations; customer site work required; travel ~75%.
