Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
• Proven ability to lead project technical deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer technical requirements into deliverables for engineering teams.
• Identify resources and assign tasks across project teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards, stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs; deliver work packages on time.
• Serve as primary liaison among project management, installation, procurement, and manufacturing.
