Required are a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years engineering experience, including 3 years in automotive or electrified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years engineering experience (3+ years in automotive or electrified propulsion and related control units).
• Record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.

Responsibilities

• Support global planning, execution and program coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for electrified propulsion systems.
• Translate system requirements into control features and diagnostics within embedded software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and quality targets.
