• Documenting the successes and achievements of each project as they happen.
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients. Managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder alignment across the portfolio of projects.
• Helping establish and maintain appropriate governance structures and processes for the portfolio. This can include defining and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Monitoring the progress and performance of the projects, ensuring they are on track to meet their objectives. This requires regular review and reporting on project status, risks, and issues.
• Providing guidance and support to the team.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Overview

The Controls Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and backlog, understanding their contribution to overall business objectives. This involves identifying and managing risks at the portfolio level, resolving conflicts, and documenting project successes. This individual should have operational background and be able to see the big picture of how everything fits together, be able to work independently, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, such as senior management, project teams, and clients. The Controls Engineering Program Manager will also play a key role in establishing and maintaining governance structures and processes, implementing project management methodologies, and monitoring project progress.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $145,000 - $165,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
