You will translate customer requirements into actionable tasks and guide engineering teams to on-time, on-budget delivery. The role emphasizes technical design reviews, collaboration with project management, and hands-on support for complex material handling systems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of controls engineering experience with delivery focus.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into engineering tasks.
- Experience with controls hardware and software reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve controls standards and documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend standard control hardware solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews for controls hardware and software.
- Support project engineering teams with controls design needs.
- Review designs and support validation activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide problem solving across disciplines.
- Guide junior teammates and share expertise on projects.
- Review system drawings for regulatory compliance and coordination.
