Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 8+ years of controls engineering or related experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with industrial PLCs and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain controls standards and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend standard control hardware solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews for controls hardware and software.
• Support project teams with controls design needs.
• Review system drawings and support regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 40% for project sites and meetings.
