The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineers while effectively managing project costs and schedules. A Bachelor's degree in engineering with significant experience in Controls Engineering is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Controls and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or project execution.
• Proven experience delivering brownfield automation or material handling projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering resources and keep them utilized.
• Recruit and interview engineering candidates.
• Oversee training and mentoring of engineering personnel.
• Collaborate with executive team on department goals.
