Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team and drive KPIs to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Serve as SME for controls software issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with service and installation groups for project execution.
• Manage customer escalations and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO procedures and participate in audits.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Mentor staff and support career development.
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasts with Service and Quality Manager.
