Comecer is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily supervision and deployment of technical resources for North American customers. You will lead controls software engineers and field technicians, guide midscale upgrades, and ensure strong customer relationships and timely execution.

Core duties include driving continuous improvement, managing KPIs, mentoring staff, and coordinating with service, installation and QA teams while maintaining ISO compliance.
